Property Manager & Maintenance Technician — Full-Time (Seneca Falls, NY)
We’re seeking a hands-on Property Manager/Maintenance Technician to oversee and care for a 100-unit apartment complex in Seneca Falls, NY. This is a hybrid role ideal for someone who enjoys both managing people and properties — splitting the week between on-site management duties and maintenance work.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the complex, including leasing, tenant relations, and vendor coordination.
Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.).
Oversee property upkeep, grounds, and building systems to ensure safety and quality standards.
Handle work orders and respond promptly to resident needs.
Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and property turnovers.
Maintain accurate records and reports.
Requirements:
Proven experience in property management and/or maintenance.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to perform general maintenance tasks and use basic tools/equipment safely.
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Valid driver’s license required.
Schedule & Compensation:
Full-time, Monday–Friday (some flexibility for emergency calls).
Competitive pay based on experience.
