Looking for carpenters and Foremen. Qualifications are as follows;
Carpenter: Minimum 5 years experience doing finish carpentry and trim. Own reliable transportation. Have your own hand tools (basic hand tools, drill, impact, etc.). Expect to be doing rough framing, installing doors and windows, finish trim, structural work on older buildings, Interior and exterior trim, crown moulding, and more.
Pay: $18-$24 per hour depending on experience.
Benefits: Paid Vacation, Holidays, gas, 401K, Paid time off.
Foreman: Minimum 10 years experience as a finish carpenter. Own reliable transportation.Own hand tools (basic hand tools, drill, impact, etc.). Must be a responsible individual that doesn’t need the boss breathing down your neck. MUST BE ABLE TO READ BLUEPRINTS and FOLLOW THEM Manage sub contractors, solicit bids, monitor ongoing jobs.
Pay: Starts at $25 Per hour.
