We have an immediate opening for an experienced carpenter to do several weeks of remodeling work on one of our upscale rental properties. The property is located between Hornell and Bath, NY. Work can begin immediately.
Carpenter needs to be able to install cabinets, drywall, flooring (ceramic and vinyl tile, etc.) minor plumbing and electrical along with all other areas of remodeling. Ideal candidate is able to complete a bathroom or kitchen remodel without much supervision. Minimum five to eight years of on the job experience and most of your own tools.
Must have valid driver's license and own vehicle.
