You must provide documentation of disability Position Type/Expected Hours of Work– Up to 40 hours per week; generally, Monday-Friday; 7:30am to 4:00pm. Hours are subject to change in accordance with requirements of the operation. Must be prepared to work contingency overtime to meet the needs of the operation. Overtime may be scheduled on any day of the week, and at any hour. Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED and relevant work experience preferred. Acceptable/valid NYS Driver’s License. Knowledge of supply regulations, procedures, and policies is desirable. Knowledge of regulations regarding the identification, care, use and standards of cleanliness and serviceability of organizational clothing and individual equipment is desirable. Knowledge of computers required. Knowledge of inventory procedures is preferred. Data processing experience is necessary. Documented Disability required. Work Authorization/Security Clearance –Authorized to work in the United States.Summary/Objective -Perform administrative functions for issue, turn-in and direct exchange of organizational clothing and individual equipment (OCIE).Essential Functions –Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Perform issues, turn-ins, and direct exchange to authorized customers utilizing appropriate documentation, and technical devices such as scanners, computers and copiers. May be asked to learn ISM System to assist with these processes.

Verify the sizes and quantities of OCIE we are managing are accurate.

Size soldiers for the correct fit of certain OCIE equipment and may be asked to learn Eorder System to assist with processing.

Perform forklift and pallet jack support when tasked to restock or move OCIE.

Process, sort, alphabetize and file all documents related to issues, turn-ins and direct exchange related to soldiers clothing records.

Reconcile issue documents and lateral transfers against soldier issued equipment for accuracy.

Assist in conducting scheduled and special inventories, to include location surveys prior to inventories.

Assist with shipping, receiving, stocking and customer service functions, and all tasks associated with accomplishment of these functions.

Supervisory Responsibility –N/ATravel – May require travel to other buildings within Fort Drum area based on mission requirements.Work Environment -This job operates in a busy warehouse and/or customer service environment. This role routinely uses standard warehousing equipment such as fork lifts and pallet jacks. May also use standard office equipment such as computers, printers, and photocopiers as needed.Physical Demands -The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
