DescriptionEssential Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform general clean up of all areas of the building as directed following safety procedures keeping areas free from hazardous conditions
-manage routine upkeep of exterior areas, green space and parking lot -complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders received on centralized system-Complete required preventive maintenance procedures -Preform generator testing, fire drills, fire extinguishers and sharps containers inspection -Test water temperatures and assist to safeguard security of facility Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThe contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
