Job Title: Bookkeeper – Part Time

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support our Accounting Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily banking tasks
- Assist the Accounting Manager with A/R and A/P tasks.
- Conduct bank reconciliations.
- Enter accounting data into QuickBooks and other software platforms as needed.
- Perform miscellaneous related tasks as requested.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in basic bookkeeping practices.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, etc.
- Strong data entry accuracy is essential.
- Familiarity with Mastertax and EFTPS is a plus.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday (approximately 15 - 20 hours per week – must be able to work until 5pm Mon-Thu)
