The ideal candidate must be self-motivated and have the ability to problem solve situations as they arise.
Duties:
⢠Data Entry
⢠Cash Management including Bank Reconciliations
⢠Filing
⢠Maintaining Accounts Receivable Database
⢠Collating Tax Returns
⢠Scheduling
⢠Answer phones, answering questions, researching and resolving problems
⢠Monitor office supplies, letterhead and other forms inventory
⢠Other Duties As Assigned
