Full/Part-time COOK/ Sous Chef

" OPEN TABLE CHOICE WINNER" Saratoga Springs "Brasserie Benelux" on 390 Broadway, SARATOGA SPRINGS seeking an experienced Cook/ Sous Chef or Salad Person for 5-6 shifts a week, which will include at least one lunch shift. TRACK SEASON IS HERE Good wage for right person up to 25 per hour or salary depending on position or experience. YEAR ROUND. Not seasonal like Lake George.

Requirements:

At least two years experience in a fast paced restaurant setting

Knowledge of food styles/follow recipes

Keeps a clean work space

Speed and ability to handle high volume

Commitment to hospitality and great service

Experience preparing food, willing to work serving shifts on occasion

Personable and energetic

Proactive – a problem solver

Reliable, punctual, detail oriented

Has a great attitude and is a pleasure to work with and be around
