We're looking for a new housekeeper to help keep everything in order at our high volume Airbnb in Corinth NY, catering to travelers visiting Saratoga Springs, Lake George, and Lake Luzurne. We currently have a 4.97 rating on Airbnb, and need a housekeeper who can uphold our high standards for cleanliness and organization,
This is a part time year round position with consistent weekly pay.
Responsibilities include:
Changing Sheets & Pillow Cases
Making (7) Beds
Vacuuming
Mopping
Sweeping Stairs
Cleaning Counters
Cleaning Showers
Cleaning Toilets
Laundry (we have 2 washers 2 dryers on site)
Restocking Supplies (cleaning products, coffee, snacks, water bottles, shampoo, conditioner, body wash)
Cleaning BBQ
We like to offer warm and welcoming accommodations for our guests, so attention to detail is key. Experience is welcome, but we're happy to train the right person.
Turnovers take place between 11AM and 4PM Sundays through Friday - no Saturdays ever. Generally we'll see 2 or 3 maximum turnovers per week. The property is a 7 bedroom 4 bathroom victorian, so this would be a good fit for a rockstar solo housekeeper, or share the responsibilities with a friend or family member. It generally takes us 15 -18 hours a week to maintain the house.
We also offer room rentals during the winter, but the colder months are very slow - you will still get paid regardless.
