Deconstructing House 5,300 square foot house in the High Peaks and ultra high end projects.
Hiring crew to deconstruct and salvage materials from job. All materials are being repurposed for the owners project.
Pay 16/hr 7AM to 5PM 1 hour lunch break at 2PM. Pay is weekly every Tuesday.
Foreman 18/hr 7AM to 5PM 1 hour lunch break at 2PM. Pay is weekly every Tuesday.
I want 18-19 year olds on this job, experience not required.
Pay increases every 3 months.
OSHA guidelines must be followed.
Absolutely no tampering with on site security system.
Absolutely no drugs or alcohol on job site.
No smoking on the job site.
No music on job site (risk of not hearing what is going on can and will result in injury especially with taking down a building). This isn’t a barbecue.
DO NOT cut into any load bearing supports.
Follow foreman’s directions at all times.
Monday through Friday.
Construction company owner periodically on job but we have a lot of other jobs so I am back and forth between sites.
Absolutely no taking materials off the job site. This is all going to be used to build my house.
