We are seeking an experienced assistant who is familiar with all documentation required for a complete mortgage application. Ideally this person will have 2 yrs of similar work experience.
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Glens Falls NY
Duties Will Include:
Working with customers over the phone and in person
Organizing and prioritizing all the details necessary for a completed application and timely closing
Responding to emails
Maintaining Department Supervisors' calendar
Completing paperwork related to mortgage application
Qualifications Include:
HS Diploma
Excellent Administrative skills
Excellent Microsoft Office ability
2 yrs of prior experience
Strong organizational skills
Ability to prioritize projects and daily tasks
Excellent communication skills
Professionalism and confidentiality
