This Office Administrative/Management position is within an independent company located in Glens Falls, New York. It is ideal for an administrative worker who enjoys lots of people interaction on the phone and in person. The "best fit candidate" will be the worker who can analyze situations and make sound decisions, possesses excellent computer skills and can work independently.
Management and Administrative Skills Required:
Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
Coordinate with employees to ensure compliance with established policies
Maintain trusting relationships with customers and colleagues
Possess good analytical skills in order to problem solve effective, safe solutions
Answer phone inquiries with the highest level of client satisfaction
Maintain databases
Maintain daily logs of up-to-date information across all business lines
Skills Required:
HS Diploma/college
Excellent customer service skill
Excellent Microsoft Office, including accurate data entry, and recordkeeping
Ability to prioritize orders and issues
3 yrs of full-time related experience
Job Type: Part-time 20 hrs per week
Salary: $14.00 to $15.00 /hour
