What is Your Role
This isn’t a single, stand-alone role. It’s a full shop role! You’ll work across the counter, in the
prep area, at the cutting station, building sandwiches, slicing deli meats and cheese and
wherever the crew needs your support. It’s fast, it’s hands on and it’s all about working as a
team to get the job done.
What You’ll Do
Assist customers in finding the right cuts, sides, rubs and other products to complete their
meal.
Set the tone at the counter with confident service and product knowledge.
Jump in wherever needed- Service, stock, prep, sandwich/deli, clean, reset.
Learn how to move with a purpose, speed, consistency and care.
Support your team, show your pride and represent the brand
