This role involves handling a variety of day-to-day errands, stealthy maintenance moves, guest support missions, and property inspections. Responsibilities:
Execute errands with precision (pick up supplies, drop off items for guests, etc.).
Help launch new Airbnb properties and get them guest-ready.
Perform quick-fix maintenance tasks (e.g., changing lightbulbs, tightening screws, replacing filters, etc.).
Provide top-notch guest support (respond to requests, troubleshoot issues).
Set up and inspect properties before and after guest stays, ensuring everything is flawless.
Coordinate with contractors/repairmen when needed.
Maintain stock of essential property supplies.
Requirements:
Your own trusty transportation (required).
Experience with basic fix-it skills and handy work.
Ability to work independently like a true ninja, with minimal supervision.
Sharp organizational skills and a knack for time management.
A friendly, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
Availability on weekends or holidays is a bonus
