Hutchman Development LLC is looking to add a couple new team members!

Positions available:
Experienced Carpenter- Ideal applicant will have at least 3-5 years of carpentry experience. Valid drivers license, reliable vehicle, and own hand tools. Able to tackle projects with or without plans. Framing, sheetrock, taping, trim, and siding are just some of the possible duties. Knowledge in other trades a huge plus. Works well by themselves or in a group. Detail oriented. Compensation based on experience.
Working Foreman- Ideal applicant will have at least 4-6 years of experience in carpentry/general construction. Valid Drivers License, reliable vehicle, and own hand tools. General knowledge of most trades. Be able to manage other team members along with any additional trades on site. Manage time and make sure schedules are maintained. Compensation based on experience.
