Set daily operational objectives, monitoring and reporting progress to senior management.
Handle challenges and collaborate with the team to develop strategies that enhance performance.
Guide, motivate, and engage team members, fostering a positive, efficient, and safety-conscious environment.
Train new team members and provide ongoing skill development to existing staff.
Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking team members and work with product teams to ensure top-quality results.
Work closely with cross-functional teams and oversee the implementation of special projects.
Continuously assess and refine processes to ensure timely, accurate order processing and fulfillment.
Implement technology-driven solutions to streamline workflows and improve accuracy.
Identify opportunities to improve productivity, safety, and overall operational efficiency.
Establish cross-training initiatives to build team flexibility and optimize workflow.
Verify the accuracy of incoming shipments, ensuring they meet quality standards before they are entered into the inventory system.
Work with vendors and logistics partners to address any shipment discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
Inspect incoming products to check for damages or discrepancies and document issues for follow-up.
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as necessary to facilitate inventory movement and management.
