Proficiency with ERP systems and inventory management software

Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability
Perform regular cycle counts and audits of stock
Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth material flow
Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely and accurate processing
Use ERP systems to track inventory movements and generate reports
Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory records
Assist in continuous improvement efforts to optimize inventory processes
