Warehouse Operations:
Receive, store, and organize raw materials and finished goods.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock is rotated properly.
Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
Prepare orders for delivery or production according to schedule.
Mixing and Ingredient Preparation:
Measure, weigh, and mix bakery ingredients following standardized recipes and formulas.
Ensure the cleanliness and functionality of mixing equipment.
Monitor the quality of ingredients and report any discrepancies or issues.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely and accurate preparation of mixtures.
Health & Safety Compliance:
Adhere to food safety standards, including proper handling and storage of perishable goods.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and mixing area.
Follow all company safety protocols and guidelines.
Collaboration and Support:
Work closely with the bakery production team to meet daily production targets.
Assist in troubleshooting issues related to mixing or inventory.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes.
