Previous experience in a warehouse role within the food industry, bakery experience highly preferred.
Knowledge of food safety standards, including HACCP or GMPs (preferred).
Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic warehouse equipment.

Warehouse Operations:
Receive, inspect, and store raw ingredients, packaging, and finished goods according to food safety standards.
Accurately pick and prepare orders for distribution or production.
Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and proper stock rotation (FIFO).
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and inventory management systems.
Food Industry-Specific Tasks:
Ensure food products are handled and stored in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Monitor temperature-controlled storage areas to ensure proper conditions for perishable goods.
Identify and report any quality issues with food products or ingredients.
Support for Bakery/Production Operations:
Collaborate with production teams to deliver ingredients and supplies in a timely manner.
Assist in organizing and maintaining mixing, packaging, or other production-related areas as needed.
Provide support during peak production periods or special projects.
Health & Safety Compliance:
Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Adhere to company policies, including those related to food handling, workplace safety, and equipment operation.
