Experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, and tax preparing individuals returns. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to effectively communicate with people and good phone skills. Bilingual is a must!Would like someone that has sales and marketing experience but not necessary to fulfill the role. Need someone that is goal oriented and can run the office when manager not on site. Will consider an EA or CPA as long as they are certified with IRS.
