GENERAL OVERVIEW
Lanc & Tully is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounts Receivable – Billing, Credit and Collections, Customer Service, Daily Deposits, Monthly Statements and provide reports to partners as needed.
Accounts Payable – Cash disbursements, Maintenance of W-9’s, calculations for 1099’s, coordination for employee seminars, and credit information for suppliers.
General Accounting – Bank Reconciliation, Financial Statements (Trail Balance, Balance Sheet, and Profit/Loss Statement), coordination with CPA.
Miscellaneous – Maintenance of databases, maintenance of company vehicle files, maintenance of insurance policies, maintenance of contracts for services, Project setup, maintain client insurance certificates, Coordinate and maintain Mechanic’s Liens, review of subcontractor agreements, and coordinate and maintain records for building maintenance, miscellaneous administrative duties (typing, phones, etc.).
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience.
Associate’s degree in financial accounting.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office business software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Proficiency with UNANET InFocus preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, engaged, detail-oriented, team-oriented, and strategic thinker.
A valid clean driver’s license.
