Office Help / Billing and Misc.

Pearl River Based Installation company is looking for someone to work with our team. Must be experienced with QuickBooks. We have been in business since 1992 and have experienced great growth.

The position is flexible and can be full time or part time hours, based on preference and ability to handle workload in Part Time setting. Great opportunity for working parent. This will not be a remote position.

Responsibilities:

Maintain database for accounts receivable

Invoicing / Collection / Posting Payments

Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly, and yearly)

Other miscellaneous office duties

Compensation:

Salary based on experience

Paid vacation, holiday & personal time

Qualifications:

2+ minimum years Billing experience

Proficient with QuickBooks

Experience in Microsoft Excel
