Large and rapidly growing local Cable Television Contractor is currently looking to add an Operations Manager. As an Operations manager, you will plan, schedule, and implement procedures that will ensure that our customers receive the highest quality service in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

Establishes management processes and methodologies to ensure assigned projects meet high quality standards and Leadership expectations using the appropriate tools

Tracks costs and performance, service levels, and other metrics required to ensure goals and objectives are met

Performs other duties as requested

Manages day-to-day operational aspects of all assigned projects

Responsible for handling multiple projects simultaneously

Meets with internal and external customers to gather work related feedback in order to ensure quality stards are met

Required Qualifications:

Ability to read, write and speak the English language to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person , on the phone, and by written communication in a clear, straight-forward, and professional manner

Ability to prioritize and organize effectively and manage multiple projects and assignments

Ability to develop strong working relationships with peers and project members

Excellent critical thinking skills

Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge and ability to use computer and software applications

Ability to analyze and interpret data

Certifications and Licenses:

Valid Driver's license with satisfactory driving record within company required standards

Must have a reliable vehicle

Related Work Experience:

5+ years of telecom industry experience preferred

Management experience in a technical environment or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated leadership qualities

Ability to successfully manage face-to-face customer interactions and resolutions

Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks

Ability to prioritize and organize effectively

Ability to supervise and motivate others

Knowledge of residential and commercial facility construction design/layout

Working knowledge of company products and services

Working Environment:

Office/ Field

Some travel required
