Potential Candidate Requirements:
-Effectively and efficiently handle customer's transactions
-Build and maintain customer relationships
-Perform additional office duties as required or requested
-Appropriately answer and direct phone calls
-2-3 years experience in customer service
Additionally, Candidate Must meet the following Experience & Educational Requirements:
-Excellent oral and written English language communication skills
-Provide high level of customer service
-Good organizational skills
-Proven ability to multi-task
-Skills in Microsoft Word, Excel & Quick books a plus
-High School or Equivalent required, but some college preferred.
