They are seeking a dynamic Afterschool Instructor and Head Preschool Teacher to join their team
INDIVIDUAL QUALIFICATIONS:
A love for working with children, a whacky personality with a sunny disposition! someone that is full of patience, energy, AND possess good communication and organization skills. Early Childhood Education (majors /background /experience) preferred but not required
TRAINING and CERTIFICATIONS:
> Will be provided during probation period if the ideal candidate does not already possess them
> Professional development /additional certification training hours required throughout employment
> Staff training / meetings conducted monthly
REQUIREMENTS to START:
> Fingerprint / Background Check
> Drug Test
> Physical
> References (4)
COMPENSATION:
$16/hr (During probation period)
$17.50/hr(After probation period)
BENEFITS OFFERED:
> Salary increase after 1st and 2nd year
> Yearly Holiday Bonus ($150. - $300.)

PREFERRED but NOT NECESSARY:
> Bilingual
> Musician (piano / guitar / singer)
