Phos My Greek American Kitchen is looking for a brunch line cook. We are a Greek American Restuarant in the heart of the village of Catskill. The job is weekend hours. Friday prep, Saturday and Sunday service. 7am-3pm. We are looking for someone that can take responsibility for their station, and can follow and develop recipes as needed.
Requirements:
-set up and clean up station
-read and organize tickets as the come in and cook to order
-organizational skills
-basic food service knowledge and cleanliness
