Cornerstone is a new restaurant with a state-of-the-art kitchen located in historic Pawling, NY. Slated to
open October 2025. We are looking for industry professionals to join our kitchen team.

Responsibilities and Expectations
Ensure food is prepared consistent with recipe guidelines
Ensure cleanliness of station and equipment at all times
Communicate effectively and clearly with team members
Staying organized and ahead of daily prep lists
Abide by food safety standards at all times
Labeling and dating all products accordingly
Required Experience
A good attitude!
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team
Sufficient food knowledge
Basic food safety and sanitation knowledge
Ability and eagerness to learn
Physical Abilities:
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without
assistance, and frequently lift and bend from the waist
Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift and perform
repetitive motions
Requires manual ability to use, carry, and operate all necessary equipment
