Busy cafe looking for a Jack or Jill of all trades to help grow the company. We are a mom and pop operation with a concise menu of breakfast and lunch staples, rotating specials and to-go foods, and we focus on great hospitality, consistency, efficiency, and flavor.
This is a fast-paced role that has many responsibilities, from food prep and helping on the line to answering the phone, taking food orders and ringing up guests to running food, doing inventory, and helping maintain general cafe cleanliness.
Some experience necessary, but willing to teach necessary skills plus the ins and outs of running a small business. CIA students welcome. Looking for a reliable team player who is quick on their toes with flexibility and a good sense of humor. This role has serious potential to grow into a salaried management position for the right candidate.
Weekend daytime availability required. Pay is competitive and tips are generous. Part-time, 20-25 hours a week to start, with potential to add more hours.
Due to covid, we're currently operating as window-service only. This employee will be required to wear a mask during service.
