Dave the Butcher is a whole animal butchershop, salumeria, cafe, and sometimes nighttime restaurant. We are looking for an experienced, friendly, open minded chef to join us and help us execute a variety of value added products, lunch, and dinner service.
The shop itself has a lot to offer - incredible ingredients, a friendly work environment, and a full house tip pool. The owners are the operators, and you’ll work alongside and learn some whole animal butchery in the process.
We’re looking for someone with full time availability, 3+ years experience, particularly cooking steaks to order, and a good attitude. If you come close to these things but are very interested, still apply.
