OPENING EARLY SEPTEMBER. HIRING NOW ALL POSITIONS.
Requirements:
-Week day daytime position.
-Cook/Prep experience required
-Pizza dough making experience preferred
-Current ServSafe Manager Certification
-Knows HACCP standards
-Fry, Grill, Saute, Pizza & prep experience
-Understand recipes, cleaning, sanitation & food safety
-Accept deliveries and verify items received
-Read, write & speak English / Listening Skills
-Able to remain on feet for long shifts in hot kitchen environment
-No allergies to sanitizing and cleaning chemicals
-Must have work authorization/proof of citizenship
-Able to work nights and weekends
-Follow recipes and instructions
-Reliable transportation to and from work (There is no nearby public transportation).
-Live within 1 hour radius maximum
-Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Requires bending, standing, stretching, seeing, speaking and hearing clearly.
