Julien's is currently looking for a front of house manager/server. We are a small restaurant, focusing on house-made products using local ingredients. Job responsibilities include scheduling, managing FOH employees (ensuring that proper cleaning and organizing is being accomplished every week), hiring, closing the drawer nightly, weekly ordering, organizing the store room/kitchen/fridges - keeping inventory of products, cleaning and general serving/waiting duties. We are primarily a pizzeria (though not in the traditional way), manager must be knowledgable about the product they are serving. Must be reliable!
