We are hiring full-time servers, bartenders, hosts, and food runners to join our restaurant nestled at the top of Warren Street! Restaurant Manor Rock is a new restaurant in Hudson set to open in mid-September. The restaurant is the showcase for Manor Rock Farm, which specializes in raising Mangalitsa pigs and speciality produce. The project is a farm initiative, produce and technique driven space.
We are looking for warm-mannered and detail-oriented people who are able to learn quickly. The food menu will change regularly and there will be a full-bar program, requiring attention to detail in all steps of service. FOH staff will be given training for their hired positions and will be able to be cross-trained, should that be of interest.
Wine and spirits knowledge a plus. Experience working in restaurants with specialty produce and proteins a plus. Knowledge in biointensive agriculture a plus.
Hourly + tips.
Hours of operation are Thursday-Saturday 3-9pm & Sunday 11-4.
