Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager
The Little Cat Lodge, is a small 14 room hotel & restaurant. Our restaurant sits at the bottom of Catamount Mountain overlooking the beautiful ski slopes.
We are looking for someone who can run the kitchen of a 60 seat restaurant.
responsibilities include:
1. Staffing BOH & if connected assisting with FOH
2. Ensuring all products are up to our high standards
3. Ordering, Inventory, & Scheduling
4. Ensuring dinner service runs smoothly and food is served in a timely manner
The location & Ambience is wonderful. we are looking for someone who lives locally in the Hudson valley looking for an opportunity to grow. We have other ventures in the area and looking to cultivate a team.
