Bartender- Previous bartending experience, excellent memory, people skills, friendly manor, ability to work quickly and efficiently, organizational skills.
Busser/Driver- Ability to work quickly and efficiently, calm under pressure, pre bus tables quickly, bring up glasses, plates, ice etc.
Hostess -Greet customers with a smile, seat customers and distribute menus, answer the phone in a friendly manor, schedule reservations, excellent people skills, highly organized, calm under pressure
