We’re a relaxed, welcoming Italian eatery known for our handcrafted pizzas, fresh ingredients, and warm hospitality. Our kitchen team is growing, and we’re looking for an energetic Line Cook who loves Italian flavors, works well under pressure, and takes pride in putting out consistently delicious food.
Duties
Prepare and cook dishes on the line, with a focus on Italian cuisine, pastas, and appetizers
Follow recipes and presentation standards
Maintain a clean, organized workstation
Assist with prep work, stocking, and kitchen organization
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth, efficient service
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications
Previous line cook experience (experience with saute station is a plus!)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen
Strong attention to detail and time management
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to quality
