Weâre looking for kitchen help at R&R taproom in Woodstock. We have a small kitchen with a menu that uses whole, seasonal foods and changes often. Though we don't have stations per se, this person will be responsible for preparing the food during service.
Experience as a line cook is preferred. Ability to take direction is important, but this person will ultimately be in the kitchen by themselves during less busy periods, so self-direction is great as well.
In addition to working service, this position requires doing dishes, maintaining the station, and closing duties.
This will be 3-4 nights a week and a fixed schedule, but the actual days are somewhat flexible. Monday nights are a must, as well as one weekend night â the shifts on average are approximately 7 hours and arenât super late night. Possibility for more hours in the future. Compensation starts at $14/hour and this is a tipped position.
It's a nice working environment that's fast paced enough not to be boring but without being unpleasantly stressful.
