Exciting opportunity to join the award-winning team behind Hudson & Packard Pizza! Hudson & Packard holds the titles for Best Detroit Style Pizza worldwide and 2nd Best Non-traditional Pizza worldwide from the 2024 International Pizza Expo.
Hudson & Packard is looking for Full time line cooks/prep cooks and/or pizza-makers to restaurant in Poughkeepsie, NY, aspiring to a high quality, well executed, fast-paced casual restaurant experience.
Experience is a plus but not a requirement.
Physical Requirements: Should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Should be able to work calmly, and with respect for co-workers, under pressure.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation standards and allergen handling.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, mornings and late nights as needed
Things to consider before applying: Team work will be essential and you must be comfortable learning multiple stations and disciplines and willing to shift with the needs of the kitchen and teach others with patience and clarity.
And of course, cleaning and cleanliness must always be front-of-mind and constant.
Approx. 30- 40 hrs a week.
