Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in our kitchen, ensuring that every meal is prepared to the highest standards. We pride ourselves on being a teaching kitchen.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to our menu and recipes.
Ensure the highest quality and presentation of food before it is served.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and timely service.
Assist in the development of new menu items and specials.
Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
Adhere to all restaurant policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role.
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods.
