Requirements:
-2-years current experience
-Current Serv Safe Certification
-Fry, Grill & Sauté experience
-Understand how to work a pizza station
-Understand how to manage a pizza oven
-Know how to make pizza dough start to finish
-Read, write & Speak English / Listening Skills
-Able to remain on feet for long shifts in hot kitchen environment
-No allergies to sanitizing and cleaning chemicals
-Good hygiene
-Must have work authorization/proof of citizenship
-Able to learn and follow specific safety, health and cooking standards
-Able to work nights and weekends
-Able to follow recipes and instructions
-Reliable transportation to and from work
-No restrictions to work movement
-Able to lift up to 50 lbs, bending, standing, stretching, seeing, hearing
