`Duties```
- Food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Ensure that all food meets quality and safety standards
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- supervise kitchen staff and assistants
- Collaborate with the front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
```Experience```
- Proven experience in kitchen management and culinary arts
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques.
- Familiarity with inventory control procedures
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skill
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Experience in food service or dietary department is a plus
The ideal candidate for this position is a passionate about the kitchen and is willing to learn the Ramen cuisine. They should have experience in kitchen management, be able to work well under pressure, and have excellent leadership skills.
