Matilda at The Henson is a new fine dining restaurant located in Hensonville, NY, in the heart of the Catskills. Owned in partnership with Michelin starred Chefs Jeremiah Stone and Fabian Von Hauske (Bar Contra and Wildair in NYC) and Ely and Danielle Franko (The Hunter Houses), Restaurant Matilda at The Henson is opening Spring 2024. We are currently hiring for all BOH positions to join the team at Matilda! We are happy to offer housing with employment!

We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic cooks who are eager to learn & grow with our team. Desired experience:
● Experience in High volume Restaurant
● Ability to follow recipes and directions
● Ability to work in a team environment
● Maintenance of sanitary conditions as well as food standards
● Attention to detail
● Ability to work long standing shifts up to 10 hours
● Weekend availability and transportation required
