Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced individual to run an ice cream stand. Must have experience in operating the machines, knowledge of the industry, someone to help create menu items from scratch, and oversee the day to day operations of the business.
Duties:
- Manage the day to day operations
- Prepare and create a variety of ice cream flavors following recipes and guidelines
- Operate ice cream machines and equipment efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the ice cream production area
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies
- Interact with customers to provide excellent service and answer questions about products
- Assist in developing new flavors and menu items
Skills:
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety practices
- Experience in a kitchen or food service environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication skills for customer interactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
