Tamarack Preserve, Ltd is a private membership hunting and fishing club founded in 1991 and located in Millbrook, New York.
Our Club features a 7,500 sq. ft clubhouse with a fully licensed bar, restaurant, two private event dining rooms, and two outdoor patios. The club is open to our members and their guests year-round.
We believe, that over the past 25+ years, we have established a well-deserved reputation for offering our members a consistently excellent fine dining experience, with quality cuisine and attentive service in a welcoming atmosphere.
We are presently looking for experienced Restaurant staff to join our team.
Server – Minimum 2 years of fine dining serving experience.
Requirements:
Dependable
Must have a great attitude and be a team player.
Weekends are required (Thursday through Sunday)
Physical Demands:
Required to stand for long periods and walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch, and twist or reach
Push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds
Continuous repetitive motions
Physical setting:
Fine dining restaurant
Picturesque rustic 100 year old fishing lodge overlooking a damned stream used for seated private parties for up to 40 guests – Seasonal use
Experience:
Serving: 2 years (Required)
Fine Dining: 1 year (Preferred)
Bartending experience a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour depending on experience
