Responsible for the preparation of all foods during an assigned shift, in accordance with restaurants specifications and standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE POSITION

Responsible for preparing, seasoning, finishing, and garnishing all food in kitchen preparation in accordance with established recipes.

Follow all recipes and production specifications.

Knowledge and execution of menus.

Assist in all areas of food production as needed.

Responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary area at all times in full accordance with state health regulations.

Participate as a team member with Supervisors, Chefs, Cooks, FOH and all other pertinent Associates in ensuring an efficiently run operation.

Knows and follows all safety and security regulations in accordance with Zen’s policy and procedures.

Must be able to execute and prioritize multiple orders with efficiency, quality and adhere to food safety practices.

Must have knowledge and be able to execute in other outlets of Food and Beverage.

Any and all other duties as assigned.

Trustworthy and collaborative relationships with others.

Organized and flexible to meet the needs of the business, guests and associates.

Flexibility to work various roles and outlets
