PHARMACY MANAGEMENT
● You are a highly organized, detail-oriented person who can manage the day-to-day operations of our herbal production facility and garden.
● You will participate hands-on in the manufacturing of our herbal products from start to finish, including production, labeling, and packaging according to our recipes and specifications. This will enable you to understand our processes in detail, and support quality control and cGMP.
o You will be supervising and involved in the production of raw herb and granule formulas, single and blended herbal tinctures, essential oil liposomal remedies, and other signature products including cream, lotion, salves and syrups.
● You will be responsible for maintaining effective and efficient production and shipping routines, supporting and overseeing the pharmacy production team to ensure smooth operation and successful shipment of products (and working with Hillary to troubleshoot when systems need up-leveling).
This includes maintaining inventory and ordering herbs, essential oils, pharmacy supplies, labels, packaging and shipping supplies;
And maintaining organization of herbal pharmacy production and shipping areas and all supplies;
You will ensure and document quality control and be responsible for the training of other team members in production and shipping processes when needed.
You will employ effective communication routines with other team members in order to maintain clear and streamlined order fulfillment processes.
CUSTOMER CARE
● This role involves being an outstanding communicator, level-headed, kind and respectful in all email, phone and in-person customer service communications.
● Being an excellent listener, and capable of conveying to the customer that you understand their issue and desired outcome.
● Taking phone orders and supporting customers with tech and patient portal issues.
● Answering queries about the herbal products and providing guidance regarding the best product to meet their needs.
● Handling damages, refunds, and complaints; following company protocols and processes for such circumstances; tracking and documenting all customer complaints, issues, and outcomes.
● This position requires a dedication to customer satisfaction and a desire to learn about all of the herbal products offered by Bloom & Reveal Botanicals.
● Responding to Yotpo customer reviews and queries on the website.
WEB/TECH
Some tasks require experience with computers, spreadsheets, and various computer applications, so ability to learn technology and problem solving tech issues is a must, including for example:

Ship Station
The Bloom & Reveal Botanicals website (https://bloomreveal.com) is a Wordpress Woocommerce web store. Knowledge and experience and/or ability to learn back-end website maintenance is a must, as this role involves updating web products on a regular basis.
Troubleshooting website issues and working with team and other professionals to resolve problems efficiently and effectively is essential;
Working cooperatively with tech support and contractors is top priority when the website is experiencing tech issues.
GARDEN
You will have the opportunity to participate in all aspects of NLHC Community Medicine Garden transformative work through the making of live plant medicines via the harvesting, drying, tincturing, and processing of herbs from the garden on a seasonal basis.
This area also involves Project Management of our annual Spring Plant Sale; as well as
Coordinating and working with garden interns or volunteers to stay on top of seeding, planting, plant care, harvesting and processing of herbs throughout the growing season.
You will also work closely with Hillary (Owner) to develop and maintain:
Quality control standards and cGMP implementation;
Effective and courteous shipping and customer care policies;
Efficient and easeful pharmacy management and production systems;
A knowledge base for responding via email / phone to customer queries.

Hours: Approximately 35 hours / week; Monday - Friday, 9am - 4pm
