I am a 36-year-old self directing quadriplegic man who lives in the town of Olive. I am searching for a part time Home Health Aide who is able to work 12-hour shifts, 8AM to 8 PM Saturday and can be a fill in. This would be a great opportunity for a nursing student to get hands-on experience working with an individual with a disability. I am a very active man, usually on the go, with a great personality and easy to get along with. Job duties include helping me get dressed, transferring to and from the bed to my wheelchair, assistance using the bathroom, showering, meal preparation, driving to and from appointments, and cleaning up the house. Must have a valid New York driver's license and love dogs. The position is on the books.
