OVERVIEW:
We are seeking licensed Physical Therapists to join our dynamic team in an outpatient clinic setting. As a PT you will provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages with a wide range of diagnoses. This position offers a fast-paced environment where multitasking skills are essential. Both new graduates and experienced therapists are welcome to apply.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide hands-on therapy to patients, assisting with exercises and treatments
2. Work -collaboratively with aides to ensure efficient patient flow, with appointments scheduled every 15 to 30 minutes.
3. Manage a diverse caseload, encompassing pediatric to geriatric patients, with varying diagnoses including but not limited to scoliosis and other special needs.
4. Adapt to a fast-paced environment, maintaining high-quality care while meeting the demands of a busy clinic schedule.
5. Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling, with availability for evening hours (8AM - 9PM), ideally at least 4 hours per day.
6. Possess strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with patients, caregivers, and colleagues.
7. Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and uphold ethical practices in patient care.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New York.
2. Prior experience working in a clinical setting in the USA is preferred.
3. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and fluency in English.
5. Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings.
