Assist residents with daily living activities to include: medication assistance, meal preparation and feeding, assist with light housekeeping and laundry, social interaction. May assist residents with transportation to medical appointments, shopping, or social outings. Documentation of care is required. Compliance with facility policies, procedures and regulations related to patient care and safety.
