Seeking a live-in aide to help with my elderly mother.

Responsibilities include bathing, dressing, meal prep, medication administration and light housekeeping. She sleeps well through the night and walks well with a walker. She has urinary incontinence only.
The patient is a former teacher and college professor and she is still sharp in many ways. However she has vascular dementia and has intermittent episodes of sundowning. Looking for someone warm and caring who has experience with dementia.
Regarding the schedule, it could be 1 - 2 days off a week or a few days off every other week. My brother and I live nearby and visit her often.
