Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a hardworking and reliable Concrete Cutting Operator Apprentice to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with experienced operators to learn the trade, operate specialized saws and coring equipment, and perform concrete cutting, drilling, and removal tasks on job sites.
This is a hands-on, physical job that offers real skills, solid pay, and long-term growth for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
Assist senior operators with setup and operation of concrete cutting equipment (flat saws, wall saws, core drills, etc.)
Learn to safely and effectively cut, drill, and remove concrete, asphalt, and masonry
Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials
Maintain clean and organized job sites
Follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and company procedures
Communicate clearly with foremen and team members
Travel to various job sites as needed

Qualifications:
No experience necessary—we will train the right person
Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
Comfortable working in outdoor environments and physically demanding conditions
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Mechanical aptitude or experience with power tools is a plus
Willingness to learn and grow within the trade
